Festival Rules

Welcome to Pablo The Garden! To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, we ask you to respect the following rules. Please read them carefully before arriving.

Entry Requirements

• Valid ID required for all attendees
• Under 18s: must be accompanied by an adult
• Valid ticket and wristband pickup at the entrance
• The wristband must be worn throughout the event
• Single entry: your ticket grants one entry only. Once you leave the event area, re-entry is not allowed

Prohibited Items

The following items are not allowed inside the festival:

• Glass bottles and containers
• Drugs and illegal substances
• Weapons of any kind
• Professional cameras and drones (without prior authorization)
• Pets (except certified service animals)
• Outside food and beverages

Entry checks are mandatory. Any prohibited items will be confiscated.

Behavior

Pablo The Garden is a space of freedom, respect, and fun. We ask everyone to help maintain this atmosphere:

• Zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, or violence of any kind
• Respect the garden property and surrounding environment
• Follow instructions from staff and security personnel
• Keep noise levels down when leaving the venue, respecting local residents

If you witness inappropriate behavior, report it immediately to staff. Your safety and that of others is our priority.

Accessibility and Inclusion

Pablo The Garden stands for accessibility and inclusion. We provide dedicated access for people with disabilities, reserved parking and suitable restrooms, in compliance with current regulations. For specific needs, contact us in advance: we'll do our best to welcome you.

Parking

• You may park only in the designated and marked areas
• Illegally parked cars will be towed by the local authorities, at the owner's expense

Safety

Your safety is essential to us:

• First aid station available inside the festival
• Emergency exits clearly marked throughout the area
• Designated drivers strongly encouraged — if you drink, don't drive

In case of emergency, look for staff wearing reflective vests or go to the information point.

Sustainability

Pablo The Garden cares about the environment. Help us keep the garden clean:

• Use the recycling bins located throughout the area
• Respect the natural environment of the garden: it's our home for two days

Let's leave the garden more beautiful than we found it.

Tokens and Drink Card

Pablo The Garden uses a token system for food & drinks:

• Tokens are sold only in multiples of 5: 5 tokens cost €10
• For larger purchases there are bonuses and free gadgets (keyrings and assorted merchandise)
• At the entrance, with the 2-Day Pass you receive a drink card on August 15 that you can use whenever you like during the festival, for all drinks excluding premium ones
• With a single-day ticket you receive a drink card valid for your day (August 15 or 16), for drinks excluding premium ones
• Once your included drink card is used up, everything else — food and drinks — is purchased with tokens

Remember: Purchasing a ticket implies acceptance of these rules. Staff reserves the right to remove anyone who doesn't respect the rules, with no right to a refund.
